Before founding this bakery, I was an aerospace engineer at NASA. While my career in engineering was both stable and challenging, I always had an unfulfilled dream deep in my heart—to become a pastry chef and create unforgettable desserts.
Switching careers was not an easy decision, but my passion for baking drove me to embark on this brand-new journey. I enrolled in various professional baking courses and earned certifications, including the Korean KCAA Buttercream Flower Certificate and the Japanese JSA Baking Association Instructor Certification (Buttercream Flowers & Handmade Japanese Manju). I also dedicated countless hours to experimenting at home, perfecting my recipes through trial and error. Every success and failure only strengthened my determination to follow this path. Eventually, I decided to turn my dream into reality and established this bakery filled with love and creativity.
